We Are Yoga Ormond New Students

Welcome to our incredible community! We understand that sometimes attending your first hot yoga class can be a little intimidating but we are here to make it an amazing experience for you. There are a variety of classes available to fit your goals, but each class can be a positive experience with a few key tips. Children over 14 may attend any regular class, if they are ready and able - Children under 14 are welcome to do floor postures in class. We've had students from 6-86 years old!
Arrive 10-15 minutes early to any scheduled class on your first day. No reservation needed!
Arrive to class hydrated, but on an empty stomach. Bring a water bottle for during and after class.
Come with a positive attitude and an open mind, you can do this! Remember any class is a good class that you show up to!
If you have any special considerations, please let the teacher know before class begins.
Expect trained and certified teachers, and a warm and supportive environment conducive to encouraging deep changes in your body, mind, and life.
