We believe yoga is absolutely for everyone! Hatha Yoga refers to the physical asana, or postures that help restore the body, mind, and spirit. Our goal is to help others get fit and healthy inside and out by providing a practice that offers both support and challenge. People in our community come to heal, strengthen, develop flexibility, lose weight, feel great, and more!
When you come to one of our classes, you’ll find a warm (literally!) and welcoming atmosphere. We’ve developed a series of classes that are unique to our experiences and knowledge as both teachers and practitioners with various backgrounds.
